Nirvana® Café & Grille Offers a $2,000 Scholarship for a Lucky Teen to Attend
The Ultimate Life Summit at Disney World
Roswell, Georgia – March 20, 2009 – Nirvana® Café & Grille (www.eatnirvana.com) announced their sponsorship of the Magic Wand Foundation (www.magicwandfoundation.com), a non-profit dedicated to inspiring youth to live their dreams and have healthy and rewarding lives. Through the partnership, Nirvana® is providing money for one full scholarship to the Ultimate Life Summit, which is for teens at Walt Disney World in Florida, from July 26 to August 1, 2009.
Nirvana® has long been committed to the young people of Roswell and Scott Shickler, the founder of Nirvana also recently co-founded the Magic Wand Foundation. “Through this unique summit, we know we can open up an incredible world of opportunity for our youth, especially for a deserving student in our community”, says Scott Shickler, Founder and CEO of Nirvana® Café & Grille.
The Ultimate Life Summit (www.ultimatelifesummit.com) is a one-of-a-kind experience in which every student creates and takes home their own Ultimate Life Plan - a comprehensive blueprint of success based on their individual talents, strengths, aspirations and goals; plus it is complete with action steps to maximize their individual potential. The six day summit is for teens aged 15-18 and combines 30-hours of high energy seminars that teach essential life-skills with 30-hours of Disney World activities, which includes visits to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and even Cirque du Soleil. From sunrise to sunset, students from around the world will take part in this “Success Boot Camp”.

One Wave of the Magic Wand Creates The Ultimate Life Summit for Teens at Disney World
Roswell, Georgia – March 10, 2009 - The Magic Wand Foundation, a non-profit that inspires youth to live their dreams, announced today their plan to revolutionize youth education with such unique programs like The Ultimate Life Summit for Teens at Walt Disney World in Florida, from July 26 to August 1, 2009.
“The Ultimate Life Summit is a one-of-a-kind experience in which every student creates and takes home their own Ultimate Life Plan - a comprehensive blueprint of success based on their individual talents, strengths, aspirations and goals and complete with action steps to maximize their individual potential. The Summit combines 30-hours of high energy seminars that teach teens essential life-skills with 30-hours of Disney World activities, which includes visits to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and even Cirque du Soleil. From sunrise to sunset, students from around the world will take part in a 1-week “Success Boot Camp” - designed to empower young people to maximize their potential. We want them to learn how to live their best life – one filled with happiness, passion and a greater sense of purpose. In this groundbreaking program, students learn entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career-advancement skills, plus leadership, teamwork, accountability and the importance of social responsibility and giving back to others.
The two lead instructors know a thing or two about success as they are entrepreneurs running multi-million dollar businesses. Scott Shickler and Juan Casimiro are considered the leading experts in the field of youth empowerment having collectively taught over one-hundred thousand students worldwide since 1988. They have authored several books on youth achievement, such as “Growing a Business: A Young Entrepreneurs Start-up Guide” and “Making It! A Teen’s Guide to Turning Your Hobbies, Skills and Dreams into Entrepreneurial Success”.
At a recent presentation to over 1,000 students, Scott Shickler asked a question, “How many of you would like your own magic wand and the power to live your dreams?” It was an amazing sight to see an auditorium filled with every hand raised to the sky. Shickler went on to say, “Here’s the real secret, you are the wand and with the proper education, inspiration, planning and action, you can make your dreams come true.”
